In case of subscription or other technical issues, we request you to also mention your registered e-mail (as shown in 'My Account' section), mobile number, device details, platform details (iOS, Android, Website, Connected TV- version of TV or other details) and a brief description of the issue that you are facing, along with screenshots of the error and the payment invoice, if you are a subscriber.

This will help us in directly raising it with our technical team in order to resolve your issue faster.
